We introduce the WHOI Reef Solutions Initiative dataset for detection and classification of Caribbean Reef Fish.
The dataset consists of 162 clips, each 30sec long at 3fps, extracted from diver transects aimed at estimating fish abundance. Each frame is labelled with fish/no-fish bounding box annotations, along with tracking for every object. Finally, a subset of those tracks have been labelled to the species-level.
